    Prior experience in US IT Sales in a corporate environment.
    Marketing the bench consultants and maintain a good report with them.
    Experienced with full cycle of Sales, gathering requirements, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
    Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.
    Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
    Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
    Excellent negotiation skills.
    Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.
    Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
    Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
    Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
    Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
    Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
    Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
    Need to work in Complex Environment and able to handle the Work pressure efficiently.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.

    In addition, teamwork skills are a must along with the ability to grasp new technologies.
    – Should have minimum 3 years of experience into Sales / IT.
    – Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
    – Excellent analytical and assessment capability.
    – Good Understanding of the Organizations Structure.
    – Willing to work as per US timings. 6.30 PM 3.30 AM.
    – Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening.
    – Good command over various search tools & techniques.
    – Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment.

Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
