Key activities & deliverable:
1. Collecting data through business websites and industrial journals to analyze market potential
2. Researching Green Field (New Companies Investments) and Brown Fields (Expansion Plans)
3. Connecting with the CEOs, Head HRs and decision makers
4. Market research and competition mapping.
1. Establishing connects with Strategic level Executives (Director-HR, Head – HR) and Senior management of the target industry sector.
2. Meeting and presenting business plans to create a win-win model
3. Presenting financials and closing deals which includes price negotiation and discussions on legal clauses
4. Attending Conferences, Summit and make Presentations to Delegations (Expatriates) looking at India as an Investment Destination from HR Dimension.
1. Focus on “Value creation” by acting like a partner rather than just taking the order.
2. Lead creation by taking references from existing clients
3. Responsible for increasing wallet share with the existing key accounts.
4. Ensure Brand Equity Maintenance and Enhancement in all Service Encounters.
MIS (Management Information System):
1. Maintain Field steering reports to track sales efforts.
2. Working on CRM Tool – Bond Adapt
3. Analyzing weekly reports and preparing Sales strategy for self
1. Prepare prospect specific business presentations.
2. Present them to the decision makers.
3. Giving presentations to Expats who are initiating a greenfield project in India.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. MBA in HR/ Sales & Marketing (would be preferred).
2. At least 2 years of sales/BD experience
3. Preferably from a Staffing Firm/HR services
4. Expected DOJ: Immediate Requirement
5. Good Communication skills
6. Effective Negotiation skills
7. An eye for detail & ability to Solve Problems
9. Effective Decision Making
10. Flair for Market Research & gathering Market Intelligence
