     Job Title: Manager Business Development.

    Scope: Responsible for bringing in new business/client and handing over to client relationship & delivery team in IT , Non IT & ITES vertical.

    Reporting to: .Center Head & Head of Business Development (Pan-India).

    Location :- Bangalore

    Experience – 3 – 7yrs

    Job Purpose:

    To achieve targets by:

    (1) Exploring possibilities of new client & promoting our services.
    (2) Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions.
    (3) Effective handing over of client requirements to client relation & delivery team.
    (4) Compliance with companys policies & reporting processes.

    Main Accountabilities:

    The main accountability areas for this position are:

    (a) Acquiring new business/client.
    (b) Liaison with client to handle queries & to promote other service offerings.
    (c) Effective handing over of client requirement to delivery team.
    (d) Administration & Reporting.
