Job Description

    Drive Sales, Marketing, Profitability and Growth:
     
    Responsible to sustain the area sales and profit plans according to business projections to provide and achieve successful leadership, make & execute organizational plans, manage client relationship, and outstanding execution of all field operations, help in finalizing strategies that work consistently for city.
    Know and manage the business by effectively using sales reports, assessing departmental results, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth for city.
    Lead and direct the development of department level sales goals and action plans for sales teams directly tied into measurable results and timely and consistent execution.
    Know our client by interacting with the client on the sales and close the leads.
    Responsible to ensure that all sales associates are current and up to date with product knowledge and product use through a commitment to formalized training and development within prescribed time lines and standards.
    Accountable to ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans.

    Client Relationship

    Motivate, direct & evaluate team member on the measurable evaluation parameters regarding client services.
    Be sensitive towards feedbacks and issues raised by the client & provide solutions by keeping highest standards of sensitivity towards client among the teams.

    Merchandise Presentation

    Consistently implement the company visual presentation and merchandising standards in true spirits & expected standards with proper branding in presentation & sampling.
    Recruitment/Hiring/Training and Retention of Top Talent
    Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees ; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
    Keep employees updated about companies, achievements, new products etc. through talks, seminars and also sharp, focused & enhancing their skills b training.

    Operations

    Manage city personnel for day to day running operations.
    Understand and administer the HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with them, consistently within city office.
    Oversee the development and administration of the City budget; approve the forecast of funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; approve expenditure and implement budgetary adjustments as appropriate and necessary.

    Communication

    Represent & coordinate City activities with Head Office and clients too.
