    Responsibilities:
    Look for franchisees and MBOs in various cities/regions within India. Meet them and explain our commercial arrangements

    Work with existing franchisees and MBOs to improve their retail operations, sales and have a profitable store performance

    Identify and develop new business relationships and potential franchisee and MBO partners.

    Assist franchisees in surveying potential new locations and opening shops in selected locations

    Ensure internal co-ordination between various departments such as Merchandising, Sales Operations, HR, Marketing

    Support channel partners initiatives for expansion and provide guidelines for this expansion according to: available markets, training requirements, agent branding, etc.

    Integrate franchisee processes to align with company processes wherever needed

    Manage, review, and provide feedback to franchisees and MBO channels on their performance reports
