    Bringing in clients and new business to the organization to increase the Revenue
    Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    Sharing pendency report to AMs / BMs / RMs
    Keep area manager update by giving feedback on all service related points for smooth running operations
    Monitoring of pending Calls and escalations for closure
    Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to customer needs and objectives
    Forecast and track key account metrics
    Business review with clients
    Coordination with Service delivery team
    Timely follow-up’s on billing and payments for collection
    Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with service teams to ensure growth attainment
    Designing and implantation of process to make the process easy and transparent

Salary:INR 5,00,000 – 10,00,000 P.A.
