Managing the full and final settlement for resigned employees Payroll
Coordinate with Accounts team for salary processing.
Responsible for Leave Issues, Incentives, Increments, Promotions, Medical, Employee Expenses Reimbursement, etc. after coordination with relevant departments.
Handling Payroll related queries of the employees.
Handling PF, ESI, & PT related issues.
Handling PF Nomination, PF-Withdrawal and PF-Transfer
Co-ordinating the issues with the PF consultant
Guiding Employees filling the claims
