Manage PR & corporate communication for the company. Multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize tasks & delegate when necessary, great planning skills, Accurate reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Data calling to generate new business lead and keeping a proper track of follow up
Drafting and sending e-mails to the clients as per their needs and requirement
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Calling to fix meeting in schools for sales staffs with Principal/Owner/Directors and prospective clients
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Handling correspondence with the existing clients and try to get the company some new business.
Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and building client relationship
milestones for events, campaigns, messages and position statements that effectively convey issues to key target audiences to showcase program work.
Ensure the effective implementation of the plans, monitors the same with a constructive feedback to functional heads in the projects, partners and IBMs.
Be responsible for utilization of communication aids, tools at field level, monitor the impact level and design the changes as per progress of the project implementation.
Provide support to organization of workshops, seminars, training and delivery of outputs.
Responsible for both internal and external communications and, while the skills required are the same.
Assisting in setting up an event such as a Staff meeting and General body meeting.
Organizing events including conferences, exhibitions, open days and maintaining and updating information on the Institutions website.

Preferences
Candidates from BPO sectors are preferred
Male candidates are also preferred

Skills Required
Deep consumer orientation and ability to convert consumer speak to – business relevant actionable insights.
Experience in handling Communication, Market Research and Media planning Agencies
Strong communication and influencing skills
Exceptional people management capabilities
Good verbal, written and presentation skills, organizational, scheduling and planning skills.
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing and interpersonal and presentation skills.
