    Job Responsibilities:
    Setting monthly production plans basis the resources available and prioritize
    plan activities to meet the demand plans / sales plans.
    Drive the achievement of production plans on an on-going basis (daily/weekly
    and monthly)
    Coordinating with stores for timely raising of requisitions of raw material and
    packaging material
    Collate & Review of monthly stock reports and ensuring that the respective
    production officers complete the activity as per requirement and update the
    overall production records in SAP
    Ensuring cleanliness and safety of premises to have an ideal work
    environment.
    Ensuring quality of production output by way of rejecting defective
    components
    Working as a leader & Internal Quality Auditor for Quality Management
    System ISO 9001: 2008 and conduct meetings with supervisors to discuss the
    CAPAs.
    Scheduling Machine maintenance (preventive & breakdown) to ensure
    uninterrupted production process and analyze machine utilization.
    Coordinate with Calibration agencies calibration of measuring equipments,
    compressors, sound & vibration level on plants
    Preparing Work Instructions, SOP & Log sheets for assembly machines.
    Conducting cross functional team meetings for the targets(monthly)
    Recommend machine spares where necessary to save production cost &
    improve quality and coordinate with maintenance towards necessary
    improvements.
    Analyze machine breakdown hours & actions to be taken by QC tools
    (monthly)
    Analysis of VAVE projects / cost reduction / productivity improvement
