* Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
* Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
* Owning recruiting,objectives setting,coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative / Pre sales team.
* Creation and management of proposal presentation and RFP responses.
* Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic cost budget forecasts to the management team client relationship management.
* Strategic Thinker & planner.
* understanding of commercial model design and price structuring.
* P&L owning capability.
* Knowledge of competitive landscape of global and pure-players.
