        Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
        Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
        Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
        Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
        Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
        Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
        Manage sales reporting and prospecting functions.
        Communicate with and provide direction and supervision to the catering team.
        Members to execute catering events.
        Generate contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and support daily distribution of BEOs, production and pull sheets.
        Solicit, secure, coordinate and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
        Ensure that all customer emails, phone calls and contracts are competed and are responded to with a sense of urgency.
        Assist in the preparation of the marketing plan and annual budget to increase.
        Profitability of the banquet operation; monitor performance against budgets.
        Recommend corrective actions as necessary to help ensure that budget goals.
        Maintain knowledge of current and projected industry developments through continuous attention to marketing and wedding periodicals and participation in relevant trade organization.
        Should have knowledge of Different sales Revenue vertical , like intuitional, Corporate , Social, Travel Trade
    Requirements

        HM /MBA in degree in business administration or a related field.
        Candidates from hotel industry is preferred.
        Successful previous experience as a Banquet Sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
        Should have the relevant industries working with handling the annual business target of 25 Crores in Banquets & MICE only.
        Profile of maintain the at least more than 500 Big corporate accounts, Social relation and other which can create revenue.
        Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
        Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
        Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
        Strong business sense and industry expertise.
        Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
        Long hour working condition
        Knowledge of Menu analysis, Menu Engineering and other skills related to banquet sales.
