Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Training the teachers on innovative learning solutions to support the strategic vision of teachers.This includes training on product which is designed to help teachers deliver high quality instruction with an effective blend of classroom activities ,lesson planing,assessments and interactive multimedia.
Development of short/ long term plans along with functional goals and targets for the organization.
Taking corrective measures if strategies are deviating from the project goals.
Providing inputs for the development of annual calendar.
Closely monitoring the implementation of programs /plans through the Program team and reviewing the outcome regularly.
Ensuring timely, accurate and meaningful data is maintained from different functions, for internal and external consumption.
Monitoring and evaluating processes through Report Cards and feedback.
Checking for quality of programs by conducting refresher training.
Working closely with the Business Development team to ensure that financial goals and targets are being met.
Closely monitoring the expenses of all departments so that they dont exceed budgets.
Contributing with Project acquisitions and supporting Business Development with Client meetings & Conducting Training Needs Analysis and plugging performance gaps.
