    Responsible for achieving strategic objectives while maximizing relationship with existing clients and bringing in new and repeat business
    The job entails development and execution of a comprehensive business plan involving sales and marketing engagements, readiness and skills development of the company from a perspective of strategic and long term projects
    Matured to strike a conversation with senior Bureaucrats
    Strong Sales Orientation
    Provide leadership and guidance to the inside sales team. Integration with the various marketing (internet marketing and lead generation) teams to full the pipeline, helping team members build healthy pipelines and sales strategies, ensuring operational excellence.
    Acts as an escalation points to solve customer problems. Prior experience as customer relationship manager preferred
    Able to use data, analysis, business acumen and predicative modeling to determine the best opportunities to grow our business and win new customers
    Ensure effective (timely, accurate and thorough) reporting to the top Management for the business units on al key metrics.
    Lead and participate in creation of business cum technology related processes and ensure that the process are effectively rolled out, adhered to and adapted where necessary
    Develop the corporate brand Strategy
    Build referral and lead generation network
    Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
    Excellent Negotiation Skills
    A pro- active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
    Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
    Exposure to US/UK Clients mandatory
