    Training manager in Insurance Sector
        Partner with the sales team and ensure that the business objectives of the region and allocated relationships are met through training and other field interventions. Build close business relationships with the strategic business partners and stakeholders. Help the HO team, build and execute a high quality training value proposition for the business partner. Be the front face of DPLI along with the business relationship head for our business partners.
        Key Responsibilities:
        1. Build business alignment with internal and external stakeholders
        a. Understand business model and impact the key levers of the channel partner through training interventions. Partner with sales and operations team to ensure key business results are met.
        b. Provide feedback to HO team in design and execution of sales support tools that positively impact business.
        c. Enable Post Training Activisation of the channel partner branches.
        2. Execute the training interventions with high energy and enthusiasm.
        a. Able to customize delivery style and messaging for different partners like Corporate Agents / Brokers / DMs and Strategic Partners. A high level of innovation and creativity will be a great asset to the trainer.
        b. Build close working relations with the key functionaries of the business partner to understand Training needs.
        Design and implement possible solutions through classroom training and other field interventions in consultation with supervisor, sales and HO team.
        3. Measure Effectiveness of Training inputs.
        a. Collate feedback post training at launch of new relationships. Participants and key functionaries of the business partner. Report the same for the release of monthly dashboards on training effectiveness
        b. Analyze business reports to identify support areas for channel partner.
        Maintain regulatory and mandatory records as per organizational requirement
        Qualifications:
        1. Minimum qualification Graduation in any field.
        Additional qualifications such as Licentiate / AMFI, CFA preferred.
