        Any graduate/post graduate having relevant experienced.
        Candidate should have excellent communication skills with customer service experience preferred.
        Respond to inbound customer queries over the phone & e-mail by escalating product bugs.
        Provide phone support and e-mail support to troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced with search engine client.
        Maintain a thorough understanding of Search engine process and policies.
        Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
        Must have analytical bent of mind with customer centric approach.
        Candidates must have Excellent writing skills.
        Respond to customer query and escalations
        Provide email/chat support/Voice support to customer to reduce issues.
        Hiring any Graduate with Email / Chat/Voice Process Experience
        Remuneration revised up-to 4.5 LPA.
        Designation – “Process Associate” /”Process Developer”.
